SHIPPING:
We'll ship your order via UPS within 24 hours and
provide you with tracking number so you know exactly
when to expect your order. Orders received by 1 p.m. EST
will be shipped the same day. Orders received after that
time, or on weekends, will be shipped next business day.
We usually ship to Alaska and Hawaii by USPS Priority
Mail. Please provide a physical address since UPS does
not deliver to PO. boxes. If you want us to ship your
order to PO Box, we'll use US mail. And we
do not ship to APO
addresses.
Ground shipping is FREE (USA orders only) if you order a
minimum of $85.00 from our web site. If your order is
less than $85.00, we'll add $7.25 for shipping.
We also have advanced shipping options: 3 day select
($22.00), second day air ($33.00) and next day air ($47.00). Most of our items weigh less than one
pound but if you have multiple items in your order and
specify one of the advanced shipping options, your total
shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.
NOTE:
Because of their nature, pepper
sprays can not be shipped by air, only ground.
We do
not ship pepper sprays to NY and MA.
We do not ship outside the US. Sorry.
Massachusetts residents, we have to charge you 5% SALES
TAX.
Our warehouse is in Florida. So your item will be
shipped from this state. Consider that if you want to
calculate approximate shipping time. For example,
delivery to CA will take 7 days.
